Before Your Appointment
To help your visit go smoothly, please plan to arrive on time and allow enough time for parking and check-in – we recommend 5-10 minutes. If you’re making a major change, bringing inspiration photos can be helpful during your consultation.
Please make sure to arrive with clean hair, nails or skin, depending on your service. If you’re running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may advise you to reschedule your appointment and fees may apply.
