Cancellations, Late Fees & Missed Appointments
- All clients are required to keep a card on file to secure their appointment.
- If you do not give at least 24 hrs notice before changing or canceling your appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of your scheduled service total.
- If you miss your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service total. If this has occurred multiple times, we reserve the right to charge a deposit for your next appointment or to not book you for future appointments.
- If you are more than 10 mins late to your appointment, your stylist reserves the right to reschedule you for a later date and charge you the cancellation fee of your service.
Why are we doing this?
When a client cancels at the last minute or doesn’t show up to their appointment, it doesn’t give their stylist enough time to fill that spot with another client. This means that the stylist loses out on getting paid, with no way to make that money up.
All of our stylists are independent business owners so 100% of the money they make comes from their clients, and the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows has increased over the past year. This has made it important to us to enforce our cancellation policy going forward.
What about unexpected emergencies?
We absolutely understand that unexpected things can happen, and sometimes they are unavoidable. That’s why appointment changes and cancellations with more than 24 hrs notice are still free.
