Favorite Movie or TV show? I am definitely all over the map with this question… The Proposal, love all the medical and police shows, The Resident, The Good Doctor, New Amsterdam, Schitts Creek, One Tree Hill, Sweet Magnolia, Virgin River… I mean the list goes on and on.
When did you decide hair was your passion? Most little girls loved playing with Barbies, I was one of them… but I also loved cutting their hair.. first a trim, then a lob then a bob, then it was time for a new one!
In high school my senior project was to design a business plan for a salon and spa, how I would run it, make it successful and stand behind the chair. I would say the passion has been there since I was little but was ignited the moment I saw the look on a client’s face of pure excitement after the time we had spent together.
What’s your favorite color service to offer? I love simple natural colors. I love to create formulas and placements that make others ask if that’s your natural color. I have a passion for formulating reds, love a natural blonde highlight, rich tones.
What’s the hair trend you love the most? Long lived in layers with natural highlights and a blunt crisp bob.
Who is your celebrity hair crush or inspiration? Jenna Lee Dewan
Best advice you can leave your client with? Trust your stylist. Communication is everything. Build a relationship – it’s more than just hair a appointment to us too!
